After careful consideration, research, and analysis of our current financial situation at 4CM, we quickly realized that there is a need to increase our financial sustainability in order to not only continue providing quality education and services to our students, but also to be able to see future growth of the school—such as the addition of a high school.
One of the ways we are planning to increase our financial sustainability is through increasing the tuition that is required to be paid to attend EP. Although we did our best to take into account of the average family household's income as well as the current average minimum wage in San Telmo, we knew that it is possible for some families to not be able to afford the raised tuition.
Funds will directly cover all school-related staff, food, medical, travel, and ministry program expenses.
Visit the 4CM homepage and click on the donate button. Select El Porvenir. Click the monthly donations box and in the note section write “EP Sponsorship”. Someone from our team will contact you!
Join us as we stand in the gap through prayer and intercession on behalf of the community and people of San Telmo!
Our hope and vision is that through the education offered at EP, our students will be able to encounter the love of God and to unlock their potential to do great things for God's Kingdom.
As you prayerfully consider partnering with us, help us spread the word by telling your friends and sharing information about the sponsorship program on social media platforms!

However, Daniel’s family has had unforeseen circumstances affect them significantly, as his father began to lose his eyesight from his diabetes. Unable to provide or take care of the family due to a loss of vision, Daniel’s mother took on work in the fields, leaving the house at 5:00am everyday for the tomato fields. Yet she realized very soon that the wages from the fields were not enough to provide for the needs of her children. It quickly became a struggle for Daniel’s mother to pay for his school tuition, despite hoping for a better future for her son. Therefore, it is our desire to see Daniel and continue to attend school, and to be able to see him discover and develop his passions and goals through education.
Daniel has been a student at El Porvenir for seven years and has seen the transitions and the transformations of the school himself. He will be in eighth grade this year, with only one more grade to graduate secondary school. He currently lives with his younger sister and his parents who cherish them and have expressed their desire for them to be able to pursue a career through the education they are receiving at El Porvenir.

his time of working in the fields when school was not in session due to COVID-19, Abelino made sure to evangelize to his coworkers who did not know Jesus. One of Abelino’s favorite things about EP apart from his studies is that he believes El Porvenir has transformed him during his time as a student. His transformation was so visible that even his younger brother, Oscar, decided to enroll himself in EP after he had seen Abelino's growth and transformation from EP. Fun fact: Abelino wants to be an architect when he is older.
Abelino will be finishing his final year at El Porvenir this year. Two words to describe Abelino are dedicated and caring. He has clearly shown his dedication for his studies through his work ethic and progress, even catching the attention of the school director. Abelino is also caring, oftentimes reaching out to other students who are having a hard time with their school work, or evangelizing to his non-Christian friends. Even during

When asked what he wants to be when he grows up, he shyly responded that he wants to be a lawyer.

The family went through many struggles with different hospital visits unable to find a proper diagnosis or a cure, while the father suffered paralysis, and was unable to work or provide for the family. Luckily, after being properly diagnosed, he is now on his way to a slow recovery. However, a great financial struggle was upon the family, where Carlos’s neighbors had to contribute and help out the family with food and gas. It is our hope to join in on the action of his neighbors and provide for Carlos’s education at such a time as this, that he may continue on to secondary school without the financial burden.

However, the financial burden eventually led Heriberto to begin working in the fields when schools were closed from the pandemic. In response to this, we asked Mizaki what his dreams are for the future. Mizaki shared he would like to be an engineer specifically for agriculture and plants, as he has been influenced by growing up in a rural, agricultural community.
