ABOUT THE MISSION TRIP
This summer, 4CM is sending out its third short-term mission team to Kenya. Since 2001, God has led our ministry to advance God’s Kingdom all throughout Latin America and Southeast Asia. Starting with a vision to share the love of God throughout the nations, we are witnessing that vision turning into reality as God opens doors and sends us out to East Africa.
Our vision for missions is simple: that all may have a personal and intimate encounter with love of God. With a hope to see all of Africa worshipping and exalting the name of Jesus, we go forth to serve the people of Kenya so that they may have a genuine love encounter with God. We are mobilizing a short-term mission team not to establish more of our Western culture, but one of a kingdom culture. In doing so, our primary aim is to provide leadership and discipleship training for local church pastors and leaders. The goal of discipleship training is to develop leaders in becoming a blessing to their own people. By providing these trainings for Kenyan church leaders, our hope is that this would bridge the gap between the many different churches and ethnic groups in Kenya–that a community of God would be established and strengthened through this ministry.
