What We Do

From mission trips to youth retreats, our ministries focus on spreading the love of God throughout the nations. To learn more, check out the information below!

From January to June 2020, we are excited to announce that 4CM has sent out its 7th annual team of missionaries to love and serve God’s children in San Telmo!

In 2001, 4CM established its first mission center and church in the community of San Telmo. Formally known as Heroés De Chapultec, San Telmo is a small rural farming community located in Baja California, several hours south of San Diego, CA. For over 15 years, we have witnessed God encountering children, healing families, and transforming lives. He is raising up a young army of disciples who will go to all of Mexico and to the ends of the earth. He is calling all His children to go to the nations and reap the plentiful harvest!

Teaching English and Discipleship at El Porvenir
FOG Missions serve as educators. Through teaching English they are given the opportunity to Disciple students in Elementary and Junior High school and teach them about Christ. Everyday the missionaries interact with over 200 students to make a kingdom impact in their lives.

Ministry and Missions Training
The FOG missionaries sit under Bible based ministry training. 3 Times a week accredited seminary graduates and some special guests provide a 1 hour teaching, lectures or sermons. These teachings are exegetical, relevant and practical to the ministry at hand and for any future ministry endeavor. The teaching is live via Zoom with Q&As. See our “Ministry Training” page for a full-curriculum outline.

Personal Spiritual Growth
FOG Missionaries have a great opportunity for intimacy with God through the Word and Holy Spirit. Daily they come together for morning prayer, daily bible readings and essential Christian books that have proven to shape the character and disciple of believers.

Local Church & Community Empowerment
Through the mission trip FOG Missionaries travel to numerous Churches near San Telmo and Tijuana to encourage the people with Gospel hope. Whether it is revivals, service in rehab centers, jails or regular church service they are serving. They do this by providing skits, dances, praise, testimonies and preaching the word of God.

What's in the Curriculum?
The goal is to strike a balance between Theology and Ministry. FOG Ministry Training is not in Biblical truth for convenience or conventional wisdom. Rather, we use the timeless truths of the Bible to guide and inform how we ought to do ministry. The topics range from Foundation of the Faith, Spiritual Warfare, Apologetics to How to Construct a Message, How to Write an Effective Testimony and How to Communicate the Gospel. And so much more!

Word's from FOG Alumni

The teachings inspired me to read more (of the Bible and other books) and ask God more questions. They also helped me have more clarity about what it means to be a missionary or to live a missional life.” - Julie B.

Through the training I am learning more in depth about the tools which can be used to glorify God. Some practical things include the detailed structure of prayer according to the Lord's Prayer, the way to build up the church, and the end goal of missions as a whole.” - Sam C.

"I definitely feel more equipped. I feel more equipped with the Word of God. It’s not head knowledge or just stories from the Bible. But I feel equipped with the word of God in my heart." - Jayden K.

Online Learning
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday our faculty teaches the FOG Missionaries via Zoom. During the EADS Mission trips and the occasions where the missionaries make a visit to the United States they are given live teaching with the staff. They are able to ask questions and interact with each faculty member and learn from their personal experience.

His obedience because it was through His obedience to God, the Father, that we're all saved. To hold on to Christ as my strength and comfort always

MEET OUR MISSIONARY: Ellie

To commit to Christ, sharing His love and the great commission. To serve, nurture and comfort those struggling with spiritual, emotional, and mental health through the word of God and background in Social Work education. To learn, equip, be trained, discipled and vision cast in becoming a missionary with Ezra.

"In that day they will say, Surely this is our God; we trusted in him, and he saved us. This is the Lord, we trusted in him; let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation."
- Isaiah 25:9

that the Lord would captivate my heart with new depths of the Gospel of Jesus and confidence in His love (Ephesians 1:16-21, 3:14-19); that I would learn to always walk in a manner worthy of the Lord (Colossians 1:9-12) before HIS EYES: that God Himself would become my strength, not experiences or revelations (Isaiah 49:5)

MEET OUR MISSIONARY: Julie

Jesus' time on the earth was not long. His time of ministry was even shorter. I realize that I need training in order to be used by God. I want to get away from the OC-Christian culture that I am a part of and learn what it means to be a missionary. I want to be caught up in something more than my own life and gain a Kingdom-minded perspective as a person of God.

Riding my longboard, editing videos, drawing cartoons, long drives, listening to music, playing league.

Ambivert, creative, sentimental.

I love his ability to love others and to forgive because we all need love and forgiveness in our lives.

"Sinking Deep" - Hillsong Young and Free

"There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love." - John 4:18

Pray that I would be able to grow closer and closer to God, building a relationship with him. I also ask that during these times, people would come together with their relationships with each other, while staying safe from COVID-19. We must stay strong together as we stay with Christ our Lord and Savior.

MEET OUR MISSIONARY: Joseph

The reason why I plan to go on this mission trip is to grow in Christ and build a better lifestyle to serve God. I hope to grow as a follower of Christ and grow in my heart to serve Him and His people.

Adventurous, Abrupt, Hungry

I love the beauty of His person because it gives me the answers to my heart’s questions that could never be answered through rule books or textbooks.

"Your Love is Better" - Will Reagan

"As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit—just as it has taught you, remain in him." - 1 John 2:27

Please pray for me that I would put on humility and let God’s heart lead every way that I walk in. Also that God would give me words to say in the proclamation of the Truth. Lastly, that His grace would envelop, fill, and flow out of me.

MEET OUR MISSIONARY: Sam

To redeem the time which God has given to me, and to know and understand the will of God for the hastening of His return by learning how to hear His voice. I want to learn how to be in constant communication with Him.

Anime, games, drawing, music, having fun, and Jesus.

Loud, talkative, and always thinking.

I love Jesus' faithfulness because there were many times where I had left and failed him, yet, he still chose to show me grace.

"Yes Lord" by Antioch Church and "Father and Child song" by Kindred Worship.

Proverbs 3:5-6 and Matthew 6:33

To understand the weight of the cross. All my life I have been told that Jesus died for my sins but I never understood the weight of what that meant. Another request would be for me to trust in the Word of God. I have been letting the devil tell me lies and I have been believing in them for a long time.

MEET OUR MISSIONARY: Stevie

To be honest, I simply felt God calling me to FOG so I obeyed and went. I did, however, want God to bring clarity in my life and reveal to me his calling for me. Ultimately, I am not exactly sure anymore but all I do know is that I want to know Jesus more. I want to know his will and to do what he has called us to do.

Warm, Gentle, Quiet

His obedience because it was through His obedience to God, the Father, that we're all saved. Jesus' obedience to a death on a cross opened the door to people like us to enter into heaven with a simple confession of our faith. We honor God and His authority through obedience to the word and His commandments.

"Most Beautiful/So in Love"

"The Lord looks down from heaven on the children of man, to see if there are any who understand, who seek after God." - Psalm 14:2

Receive breakthrough from the crippling fear that holds me back from complete obedience to God's word and commandments. To understand God's heart and to understand, receive, witness the fullness of God. Boldness to speak the word of God.

My prayer request is that I would constantly be reminded to take a step backward so that God can move in my heart, in the students' hearts, and the rest of the community. Also, for strength because I'm going to miss home so much.

these are three ways you can partner with us:

From January to August 2021, we are excited to announce that 4CM has sent out its 8th annual team of missionaries to love and serve God’s children in San Telmo!

Local Church and Community Empowerment

Through the mission trip FOG Missionaries travel to numerous Churches near San Telmo and Tijuana to encourage the people with Gospel hope. Whether it is revivals, service in rehab centers, jails or regular church service they are serving. They do this by providing skits, dances, praise, testimonies and preaching the word of God.

Words from FOG Alumni

The teachings inspired me to read more (of the Bible and other books) and ask God more questions. They also helped me have more clarity about what it means to be a missionary or to live a missional life.”- Julie B.

Through the training I am learning more in depth about the tools which can be used to glorify God. Some practical things include the detailed structure of prayer according to the Lord's Prayer, the way to build up the church, and the end goal of missions as a whole.Sam C.

"I definitely feel more equipped. I feel more equipped with the Word of God. It’s not head knowledge or just stories from the Bible. But I feel equipped with the word of God in my heart." Jayden K.
