“I died two major deaths in my life (metaphorically), once when I accepted Christ, and the other when I went to Panama. I really learned what it means to sacrifice my life for Christ – death to my pride, death to my comfort, death to any right I had. It wasn’t a getaway trip; it was an explicit mission to proclaim Christ at all costs. Panama played a painful, yet priceless role in my understanding of what it means to suffer for Jesus. His beautiful name is worth suffering for. Though He slay me, yet I will praise Him.”

–Joshua Chun, Biola University

Since 2007, our organization has been able to send short-term mission teams to the Darien region of Panama for a period of two weeks to serve and revive the local churches and communities. Our teams travel far distances, many times by truck and boat, to bring the Good News to unreached indigenous and rural communities. Empowered and led by the Holy Spirit, everyday our teams seize every opportunity to share the Gospel wherever they go. Partnering with a church that we planted or partnered with, our teams go out into local communities to pray for the sick and invite families and neighbors to attend night revivals that our churches host. Over the years, our teams have carried out children’s ministries, preached, evangelized, and provided medical care to all the communities that we have visited.

Each year, we have witnessed God move powerfully in many of communities and churches that we have served with. From receiving Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior to witnessing physical healing and family restoration – we bear witness to the fact that God is alive and moving today!
